Key Accountabilities:
The incumbent will frequently interact with management, others within Marketing and IT and project managers. They will be required to make important decisions impacting how visitor engagement is captured, reported, analyzed and acted upon. They are also required to write and keep documentation for work processes performed as well as to provide others within Digital Channels training on processes to support the maintenance and evolution of our analytics initiatives.
The incumbent is responsible for working in a constantly changing service and sales driven environment with priorities dictated by customer/staff and management communication needs. The incumbent must be able to work within a fast-paced and changing environment and be comfortable multi-tasking. Non-standard working hours are occasionally required. The incumbent must remain responsive in a work environment that has frequently changing priorities with concurrent and multiple projects.
Must have:
1) Expertise in Adobe Analytics implementation using Adobe Launch tag manager and Adobe Mobile SDK (Primary – Must have)
2) 2 + years in configuring web and mobile/native app analytics for multiple clients
3) Expertise in creating dashboards in Adobe & Google Analytics and transforming data from multiple sources
4) Good understanding of HTML, CSS and JavaScript
5) Experience in Microsoft Excel
6) Experience integrating web analytics platforms with CRM systems an asset
7) Experience presenting reports and strategic recommendations to clients
Nice to have:
• Expertise in Google Analytics implementation using Google Tag Manager (nice to have)
• Experience in the Financial Services industry an asset
• Experience working with digital advertising platforms (Facebook Business Manager, Google Ads, DoubleClick Manager, AppNexus) and search engine optimization is an asset (nice to have)
• Working knowledge of Power BI and Google Data Studio (nice to have)
• Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (Nice to have)
• Experience with visualization techniques for data analysis and presentation
